Employment type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Bolton

Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £20,000-£23,000 p.a. + excellent company benefits

My client currently has a great opportunity for a Finance/ Accounts Administrator to join their organisation at their head office in Bolton.

My client is a well-established multi-utility connection provider, with an excellent reputation in their field.


Supporting the Finance team, you will be responsible for:

Processing orders from managers and following the approved order process procedure
Processing invoices
General administration including scanning and filing of invoices
Completing month end transfer via Sage
Reconciling supplier statement
Setting up new suppliers and sub-contractorsExperience/ Skills Required

Previous administration experience. Finance/ Accounts administration is preferred, but is not essential
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good arithmetic abilities
Proficient with MS Office packages, including MS Excel
