Job Purpose:

An exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop in their digital career, to join a growing team and deliver online content, promotions and campaigns for all digital channels against agreed metrics and budgets. The role will have sole responsibility for all day to day content sourcing, upload, creation and optimisation for all the digital channels. The role will work to achieve and deliver outstanding digital experience and support all digital campaign and projects.

Key Accountabilities:

Support the Digital Content Manager in the delivery of key online content to achieve online KPIs (visits, conversion, average order value, CTR)
Source and manage key website and digital content as agreed against website content strategy (film images, trailers, synopsis), being responsible for uploading, updating and optimising all website content using the Content Management System
Liaise with agencies and distributors responsible for delivering content by documenting and improving internal processes
Responsible in creating and managing original content (film, promotion, seasonal campaigns, loyalty) to drive online KPIs and SEO, working closely with external copywriters and agencies.
Support the Digital Performance Manager in weekly/monthly/ad hoc KPI reporting and various digital activities using Google Analytics and similar tools.
Support in the ongoing analysis and optimisation of all website content, promotions and campaigns
Support in conducting A/B, MVT and usability testing to drive improvements to the website experience
Support other teams in the Commercial Marketing Department to meet their objectives utilising the website and online assets
Complete other tasks, as and when required, either by the Marketing and Sales Director, Senior CRM Manager or the Digital Manager.Key Skills:

Previous experience in a role that demands excellent attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
Experience with CMS platforms is desirable
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is desirable.
Knowledge of best SEO practice and updates would be beneficial.
Proven ability to work well within a team and in a busy environment
Good copy writing and English language skills;
Effective in problem analysis and willing to make decisions, render judgements and take action.
