Our Client a large construction and engineering contractor are looking for a talented 1st/2nd Line Desktop Engineer supporting about 700 users. You will be the 1st or 2nd point of contact for all our customer enquiries, requests and issues raised via our Global Helpdesk telephone system and the emails from our Helpdesk email account. The User needs to be flexible to be able to go to other locations as well. The Location the candidate will support are Bedfont Lakes in Feltham and Paddington in London.

The right Candidate will need to have the following Skills:

Technical Skills

* Own and resolve tickets raised via the Service Desk using the incident management and request fulfilment processes

*Support for Windows 10 for Desktops and Laptops

*Support for Office 2016 & Office 365

*Cisco WebEx VC Meeting Room support

* MS Outlook 2016, OneDrive & SharePoint & Skype for Business

*Installing Software

*Basic Active Directory Skills

*Setting and Deployment of PCs and Laptops

*Relocations of Users IT equipment which will require physically moving PC's, Monitors

*Troubleshooting Peripherals, e.g MFD Devices, Projectors, Faxes, Plotters

*Basic Knowledge of Cisco IPT Support ( But Not Essential )

*Some Knowledge of Smart phones setup

*Updating the Asset Management System and Other General Admin Systems

Ability to

Deliver technical customer support over the phone within an office environment; identify, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical computer related problems.

Able to support, maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population
