2nd Line Support Help Desk Analyst

Beeston, Nottingham

6 Months - Temporary (potential to extend)

£8.62-10 per hour (Dependant on experience)

Duties include;

Take incoming calls received by Help Desk
Provide help, advice and answers to resolve problems with systems
Pass incidents to other support teams/maintenance where appropriate
Log call detailsSkills/Experience Required;

Ideally will have Help Desk experience
Android experience preferable but not essential
Must have a good telephone manner
Able to work under pressure
Good attention to detail
Good technical skillsHours work on a shift pattern- 37 hours per week.

Weekday shifts will be between the hours of 6am-8pm usually on a 5 week rotation.

Weekends (1 in 5) 8am-4pm only.
