TheTraining Advisor role:

They are looking for someone to work closely with their Training Manager and support with identifying development needs across all areas of the business, including the induction of new employees. The ideal Training Advisor:
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification is essential
  • A L&D qualification would be advantageous, e.g. CIPD Foundation Certificate
  • Flexible and approachable Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Full Driving Licence
