Here at Juice we have landed an exciting role within the Finance sector. This is an amazing opportunity for the perfect candidate, based on the outskirts of Wakefield.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Processing a weekly payroll using Sage 50
  • Oversee Purchase Ledger function
  • Train and develop finance admin for accuracy and to meet deadlines
  • Processing payments through BACS or by cheque
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers and be the main point of contact for queries
  • Undertake monthly balance sheet/bank reconciliations
  • Perform credit control and chase relevant paperwork
  • Agree payment schedules with the management accountant
  • Overall admin duties such as photocopying, filing, supplier invoices

Experience
  • PL and Payroll experience
  • Experience in working with Sage line 50
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High standard of numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Proactive approach to work and to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
  • Excellent team working skills with ability to keep good working relations
