The successful candidate would be responsible for owning the onboarding process for all new benefits clients, delivering high-level account management, and working proactively with our clients to increase advocacy, promotional activity and take-up of best-in-class employee benefits.

Purpose of the role

  • To be responsible and own all new client registrations, from activation of schemes to implementation planning to supporting client promotional activity
  • Support client management activity

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and onboard all new client accounts registrations
  • Support clients with the implementation of new schemes
  • Contact and manage existing 'light-touch' client accounts
  • Attending roadshow events where relevant and appropriate
  • Cross-selling other Hawk Incentives benefits products and services
  • Set up windowed benefit schemes
  • Manage outstanding debt
  • Support client promotion of existing schemes
  • Have a good understanding of the benefits products and client programmes to support with delivery
  • Handle client queries and liaise with internal departments when necessary, ensuring a professional working relationship is adhered to
  • Proactively review and work within company policies, standard operating procedures, company and legislative updates to ensure you are working in line with best practice and business risk is minimised
  • Provide support to the Client Services Manager, ensuring that escalations are raised accordingly.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Ability to act on 'sales cues' both on the phone and in person
  • Previous client account management desirable
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to multi-task
  • Personable, with the ability to build rapport
  • Thrives on pressure and hits target
