Page Personnel is working to recruit a Finance & Cashier Manager to join a reputable business in Liverpool.

Client Details

The business, one of the largest in their sector and boasting of a strong global presence, has recently announced significant growth within their office in Liverpool. They have been going through a large recruitment drive to reflect their ambitions in hiring and retaining the best talent for the accountancy function. There will be ongoing training and support in this role.


Your remit will be to lead the team of cashiers to provide significant support to other teams in the business. This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for:
  • Hands on involvement in processing payments and reconciliations
  • Supervising, allocating and reviewing the work of their reports
  • Maintaining and enhancing all banking relationships
  • Working with the business to ensure all procedures and systems are updated regularly to reflect best practice
  • Carrying out process improvements as and when required
  • Delivering training and developing the team to help with the team's career progression


The successful applicant to the Finance & Cashier Manager role must have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Fully proficient and ideally worked in a cashiering environment before
  • Experience of dealing with payments and reconciliations
  • Exposure to treasury would be ideal
  • Strong communication, organisational and time management skills are essential
