HR Administrator role for large Logistics organisation

Your new role
You will provide support to all aspects of this company, including general admin for the HR function and assistance to the UK HR director.
Core areas of the role will be dealing with Absences ,Recruitment, Rotas, Probation, HR Reporting and General Admin, with many exciting projects in the pipe line you will have responsibility to support the HR Business Partner directly, giving you experience in ER exposure, Planning, Coaching, TUPE, and Acquisition.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have bundles of passion and strive to be an ideas person to deal with organisational changes.
Have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of employment law is key alongside excellent IT skills including Excel and word.
Having experience within a HR structure in a fast paced environment, and taking great attention to detail will help to excel in your new career.
