Our client, a high profile Wealth Management Group that provides a wealth management service to existing clients are seeking an enthusiastic and driven candidate, with experience within financial services administration and a keen attention to detail, to join their existing business banking administration team

As a team player with a good understanding of Excel, key Responsibilities of the role include:

General:
  • Financial transactions of the general accounting processes within the area of pensions
  • Ensure all cash transactions are processed timely and accurately and in accordance with appropriate regulations
  • BACS submissions and rejections, CHAPS payments, Direct Debit receipts, funding executions, cash adjustments, client payments
  • Monitor suspicious activity and conflicts of interest
  • Process orders and reconcile holdings
  • Respond to requests to implement on a timely basis all internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators, local Compliance/Risk or Group Compliance/Risk
  • Be aware of the Operational Risks associated with your role and act in a manner that takes account of these risks and the relevant controls
  • Communicate with various third parties including external clients and senior internal parties
  • Comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations

Salary £20,000 to £22,000 plus bonus and attractive benefits
