We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Director to join our fast-growing team. We are looking for a self-driven, results orientated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive excellent service from our technical teams along with driving new business through identifying opportunities which assist our customers in solving business problems. You will be joining a team where you can make a real impact.

What you will be doing:
  • Develop and execute account strategy and engagement plans to maximise client value
  • Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision makers
  • Lead business reviews with senior client stakeholders
  • Identify areas where data science could assist our clients in answering business problems and find relevant solutions using internal capabilities
  • Work with senior managers to create collateral, scope and pitch for new work
  • Keep projects within agreed scope and budget
  • Manage client expectations around the timing and content of deliverables
  • Coordinate internal resources to develop and deliver on client solutions
  • Support and manage the team allocated to the account
  • Set team goals and objectives and proactively focus on the teams' development
  • Develop and maintain technical information and sales assets such as one-pagers and case studies

Skills and Experience:
  • 7-10 years of professional experience
  • 5+ years managing client relationships
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Highly analytical and passionate about data, with an ability to translate it into business benefit
  • Previous commercial experience in a technical project management/account management role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Strong communication skills & experience of communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences
