We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.

**Due to the location of our offices you must be able to drive**

Duties and Responsibilities:

- To effectively operate and run payroll and aspects associated with payroll as and when needed
- Liaising between two fast paced offices via telephone and email
- Management of portals
- Entering payroll onto a database and learning the systems (RDB, Tempaid)
- Liaising with the front of house team and new starter payroll form checks
- Management of payroll credits, backing reports, expenses, holiday pay, consultant margins
- Formulation and prep of timesheets and checks on timesheet data, hours, signatures, quality
- Data correction
- Management of spreadsheets to track accommodation, expenses, holiday pay releases, loaned funds
- To work closely with Credit Control to effectively solve invoicing inaccuracies and to proactively chase debt

Skills and Experience

- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong outlook and excel skills
- Good time management - ability to work to strict deadlines
