Description

Payroll & Benefits Specialist-Permanent

Preparation of monthly payroll, including processing all payroll changes
Processing statutory notifications & statutory payments
Prepare monthly and adhoc payroll reports
Respond and resolve payroll and benefits queries
Identify and implement continuous improvement across the payroll and reward
Preparation of all tax documentation, e.g. P60's & P11D's etc.
Pension administration including auto enrolment pension scheme, across all sites
Pension knowledge including reconciling monthly deductions/payments
Administration of all data within the Pension systems including employee changes/contributions
Administration of salary sacrifice arrangements
Administration of wider employee benefit portfolio
Continuous improvement round the wider employee benefit offering and processes
Administration and management of the HRIS systems (Ultimate Pro & Moorepay)Profile

Payroll & Benefits Specialist-Permanent

3-5 years experience within a similar payroll outsourced environment
