Accounts Assistant | Wavertree | FT | Permanent | £19,000 - £21,000

The company is a national organisation with a central office located in Wavertree. They deal with large organisations to how best support them in their facilities management.

Your new role
This role will be as a accounts assistant to help support the accounts supervisor. They are looking for someone with experience working as a sales and purchase ledger processing and resolving any sales and purchase ledger queries. You will be reconciling supplier statements and assisting in producing monthly reports and managers reports. You will process expenses and assist with office management including utilities and supplies.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need experience working in this type of environment, it would be beneficial with experience with SAGE 50 Accounts. You will need a good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience working within construction would be an advantage.
