Senior IT Technician - Wilmslow, Cheshire. Our growing client based near Wilmslow, Cheshire is currently looking for a skilled IT Support Technician. Your responsibility will be to maintain and enhance the day-to-day running of the IT service estate. Supporting staff primarily in the UK but also across the globe. You must have experience of analysing gaps or shortfalls in existing services, taking ownership of issues, identifying solutions and seeing them through to deployment and resolution. Additionally as a Senior IT Technician you will be expected to mentor and support junior members of staff under the guidance of the team leader, ensuring that the team can grow. Required Skills: * Azure Active Directory - Setup/Deployment/Management * Office365 Admin & Management - Experience of full suite of apps OneDrive, Teams, Yammer, etc * Desktop Support - Win 7-10 & MacOS * Device Management & Monitoring - SolarWinds * ITIL - Focus on Service Design/Transition & Operation Desired Skills: * LAN/WLAN Admin * VOIP Telephony - RingCentral * Mobile Iron/Wandera - Mobile device management * Print Management - Papercut or similar centralised print tool You will also have good Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Project Planning and Delivery experience.
