This role is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and motivated Training Consultant to deliver and design eLearning modules using Adobe software and to provide a development experience.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be experienced in delivering/facilitating instructor lead training.

Key responsibilities in this role include:
  • To deliver the global L&D strategy into the local operation in partnership with the Regional L&D Manager
  • Conduct front-end analysis to identify curriculum objectives and development needs. This includes working closely with the client to identify scope, objectives, and approach to projects
  • Develop training action plans for individuals and groups based on performance needs. Using Adult Learning Principles, select the most effective instructional methods for delivery, including but not limited to eLearning, self-paced, or virtual delivery methods
  • Partner with internal and external customers to identify training needs by program
  • Partner with internal and external clients to create and edit training materials
  • Use defined program metrics, measure the effectiveness of training. Modify content when gaps are identified
  • Partner with the Regional L&D manager to develop action plans to address risks and meet timelines
  • Support the local operational management team to ensure strategic SLA's are achieved
  • Provide guidance and support in identifying performance trends to assist with raising the level of quality service and provide development training if necessary
  • Conduct post-project analysis to determine the quality of implementation and provide feedback recommending training modifications

Design, Development and Implementation
  • Design and develop learning objectives and outcomes in line with the Client's requirements and project brief
  • Design and develop facilitator and participant material for new employees and continuous training by project, using adult learning principles
  • Design scenarios including practice exercises, role plays, case studies, games and simulations for all interventions
  • Design and update current eLearning offerings using ADOBE software applications
