We need you to help us do this.Why this role mattersThe EE Handset Propositions Manager/Specialistis a highly visible and influential role which brings together market and customer insight, P&L objectives to create a compelling, customer-centric set of propositions for the SME Volume market.The EE handset proposition is the cornerstone of the EE SME portfolio and often sets the agenda and direction for the rest of the EE mobile portfolio. In a highly competitive market the need for a unique offering to our customers is key and what this role will be responsible for creating. Handset propositions to excite our customers that can establish EE as a leading brand for small businesses is what we develop, more than just price plans of minutes, texts and data that provide differentiation in the market.This role will have ownership of the ongoing evaluation and evolvement of EE Handset propositions based on new market impacts or customer trends and insight. The role will input to the creation of the business cases to that demonstrate the commercial value underpinned by these proposition changes.What you'll be doingConduct insight and analysis to develop EE Handset propositions which will create the competitive differentiation in the UK B2B market for BTTo lead the development of differentiated Handset propositions to the target markets based on the insights and requirements with defined benefits, costs and value to BT EnterpriseAccountable for developing the EE Handset proposition bringing in relevant functions/roles required Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and the voice of the customer and segment requirements are understood Develops Go To Market Plan for the EE Handset proposition. Creates the GTM brief and collateral input into marketing and salesManage the in-life proposition ensuring it is still fit for the market and customer needs. Develop changes or recommend withdrawal of the propositionWe'll also need to see these on your CVSkills:Ability to deliver through others. Lead, influence, develop, drive and motivate propositions at both a tactical and strategic level Ability to assess, define and translate market needs into impactful action.
