Legal Assistant We are recruiting for a Legal Assistant in the Solihull area. Our Client is a well-established Company. As a Legal Assistant you will need to have/be: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel At least 2 years administration experience within a legal environment Fast, accurate typing skills Excellent communication skills Experience using case management systems would be an advantage Details: Salary: up to £20,000 per annum (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday-Friday Location: Solihull Duration: Permanen Role of a Legal Assistant: Opening/closing client files Letter formatting and preparing client care letters Responding to email, dealing with incoming/outgoing calls General administration duties including scanning and copying Digital dictation Sorting post Prepare bundles Updating the case management system Liaising with clients via telephone/email Organising meetings/calendar appointments Benefits of working as a Legal Assistant: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension Extra Personnel Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
