IT Support Analyst - Up to £25,000

Our client is looking to hire a permanent IT Support Analyst. The IT support Analyst will be providing 1st and 2nd line technical support within their Belfast City Centre Team. The IT Support Analyst will be providing face-to-face, remote and telephone support.

This role will be based on a shift-based pattern.

  • Providing 1st and 2nd Line support
  • Troubleshooting technical issues through phone, remote access & possibility of onsite visits
  • Supporting software and hardware issues.
  • Monitoring Server and desktop issues
  • Maintaining Anti-Virus systems, Web browsing security, Email and Windows Update Services.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Networking experience with Active Directory, Exchange 2010, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
  • Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10.
  • Experience with SCCM
  • Administrator with Office 365
