This national law firm now seeks to recruit a NQ+ Planning Solicitor for its Nottingham office to join its well respected planning unit.

As well as advising on mainstream planning law, the team deals with related systems and practice areas including compulsory purchase, heritage law, environmental impact assessment, town/village greens, community infrastructure levy and public rights of way.

The team in Nottingham is headed up by an experienced Partner and has a good reputation for the quality of advice, guidance and representation it provides to all its clients both regionally and nationally.

This role would suit a newly qualified upwards solicitor with a minimum of 6 months experience in a planning seat, gained as part of their training contract.

For further information on this and other exciting opportunities, or to discuss your situation in complete confidence, please contact Richard Betts at Bygott Biggs.

At Bygott Biggs our aim has always been to provide a more personal service and everyone here believes that recruitment should be about building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike. Our reputation has been built on the fact that we provide an efficient and professional service but are not afraid to give straight forward, straight talking advice.

The above PQE is expressed as a guideline only. We are happy to hear from anyone who can demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge in order to fulfil this role.
