Customer Account Administrator £10 per hour Edinburgh City Centre Immediate start Front line customer support role for leading Edinburgh City Centre software organisation, this is initially a temporary contract joining my clients busy customer support team. It's a brilliant opportunity to join a market leader whose offices boast castle views, well stocked fridge's and vibrant office spaces. So what will you do: · Providing front-line subscription support to users - mainly by email, and telephone · Assisting users with subscriptions, refunds, free trials and read only accounts. · Dealing with account transfers and assisting users in setting up their bank feeds by telephone and email. · Trouble shooting -closely with the technical team to diagnose any potential issues · Delivering excellent customer service and taking full ownership of user issues Ideally you will be a confident communicator who really enjoys helping people, you'll have excellent organisational skills, enjoy troubleshooting and have solid all round technical flair. You will be able to demonstrate that you have excellent excel skills and be web savvy, if you have a good understanding of yoodle or direct bank feeds then even better.
