So what will you do? This is a customer support role where you will be the first point of contact for customers via the phone, email, or online chat. You will build relationships with customers giving them the confidence that you are there to help and to take the stress out of their day. You will also provide training to customers by way of outbound calls, pro actively contacting customers to get their updates and offer support. You will be: You be able to demonstrate an understanding of accounting processes and be tech savvy you may have previously used book keeping or accounting software. This role will involve supporting small businesses so it is essential that are customer focused, have excellent communication skills and that you are a team player.
