This is a great opportunity to receive lots of training in the B2B advertising sales industry. We are an established and successful organisation with 10 years experience in our field.
On a daily basis you'll be cold-calling new business and occasionally account managing. Throughout you'll be expected to ethically push to close business. The sales process is short and you can call any organisation anywhere so your potential to succeed is not hindered. There is a good opportunity to develop long-term repeat business.
You will get rejected on some of the calls, but to fit in with a team of high performers you will have to push beyond your comfort zone to grow.
Experience tells us this is not a suitable role for trainees looking to have 'nice' conversations or adopt a consultative approach.
No experience is necessary, you don't need to have done sales before. Many of our high performers came fresh out of school, university, retail or other professions.
Because you will be on the phone for most of the day you should have a great speaking voice. Equally, you should be punctual and professional. The team have high standards and will not tolerate lateness or mediocrity.
We like our employees to be motivated to do a good job and have transformed commission and bonuses into regular basic salary increases, these will be available for hitting set targets and we currently offer a £15,000 - £20,000 basic with earning potential of £25,000 - £30,000, this is perfectly achievable in the first year.
