About the Job

Do you love movies? Do you really, really love movies? If the answer is "yes!" then this is the perfect company for you to work for. You will spend your whole day talking about, designing and creating content based on films and everything that goes with it. They have the very best atmosphere here because they share the same never-ending enthusiasm for their product (they are the best in the world at it too!). They get things done at pace through collaboration and excellent planning.

They are looking for a creative individual who can support their Marketing Manager in delivering the premium 'best in class' visual content their customers demand.

Responsibilities

- Maintain high quality and consistent creative in-line with the brand style-guide.
- Accurately track project progress using company systems.
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent administrative skills, able to juggle conflicting priorities and tight deadlines where your output will make the difference between whether they succeed or fail.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

Passion for films and the movie-making process.

Excellent creative design skills and fluent English, you will be designing content seen by millions of people including Senior Executives at the highest level of the film industry. You personally create what their customers see and engage with via their website and social media. As a result a thorough understanding and proven track record in these mediums is essential.

Video creation and conceptual design is a vital requirement. The successful applicant must also have creative problem-solving skills, be a role model for change when required and able to support their team members to be the best they can be.

The ideal candidate must be able to manage their time effectively, they don't miss their deadlines and so neither can you.

If you have had this feedback in the past:

- You are a creative 'whizz' who can see ideas through from concept to execution.
- You get on well with your colleagues.
- You are fun and enthusiastic.
- You are really organised.
- People naturally look up to you and ask your advice.
- You 'get things done.'

Then you are almost certainly their perfect fit - please apply so they can continue the conversation.

Hard Skills Required:
- Advanced working knowledge of the Adobe Suite - specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects.
- Advanced ability with Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced coding knowledge and practical experience with HTML and CSS.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Demonstrable ability and experience in designing and creating: printed, digital, social and website material.

Applicants may be tested on their suitability for the role online including: design ability, personality profiling, literacy, coding (HTML, CSS), practical knowledge of the Adobe Suite and other relevant skills prior to interview.

Please note that they are based approximately 1 mile from nearest train station.
