Term time plus 2 weeks - 36 hours per week

St Michaels CE Primary School serves children from the local area and is part of a group of three, one form entry schools within a growing Academy Trust.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional person for the role of Finance & Admin Manager. The role will require you to undertake responsibility for the day to day organisation, management and supervision of the administration functions of the school including Finance and HR.

The role includes:

  • Managing a busy office and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
  • Line Management and supervision for School Administrator
  • Effective and efficient management of HR and Finance functions to audit compliance
  • Reviewing procedures and successfully implementing agreed improvements with the Executive Business Manager
  • Working collaborative with the other members of the Admin and Business staff within the Tri School
  • Working with the Head of School and Executive Headteacher to ensure the best outcomes for children, staff and parents.

You will need to manage your workload effectively and work to deadlines whilst retaining a sense of humour and priority to children. Induction and CPD will be provided and overseen by the Executive Business Manager.
