Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team and manage all performance marketing channels for our suite of kitchen furniture brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working team player to be a key person in growing the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Management of all digital marketing channels across multiple brands (PPC, CRM, SEO, Paid & Organic Social, Display).

-Ensuring all digital marketing spend is tracked and is within budget.

-Delivering online revenue targets by maximising the return on investment from digital marketing spend.

-Allocating of budgets between channels, brands and campaigns to ensure optimal use of spend to maximise return on investment.

-Optimisation of marketing campaigns to deliver improvements in ROI.

-Developing and maintaining reports to regularly communicate performance to business stakeholders.

-Data analysis - digging into the data to identify areas of underperformance and opportunity.

-Continuous improvement - optimising ROI through running A/B tests and controlled trials.

Person specification

-Experience managing digital marketing budgets with a track record of delivering return on investment and business growth.

-Experience managing all digital marketing channels (PPC, CRM, SEO, Paid & Organic Social, Display) preferred.

-Particularly strong skills in PPC/Paid Search.

-In-depth understanding of Digital Marketing & eCommerce KPI's.

-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

-Experience using Google Analytics.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse complex datasets.

-Ability to condense complex information to the salient points and tell a story using data.

-A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.

-Degree in a numerate subject at grade 2:1 or higher.
