Job Description

As CASS Assistant Manager your role is to support the CASS Manager to ensure that all day to day CASS regulatory requirements are met within the Transfer Agency operation.

The role requires strong and proven technical skills in the areas of CASS operations and an understanding of relevant industry changes in this area.

It requires a high level of oversight and governance of the CASS rules, ensuring that reporting is robust.

The role requires taking the initiative to review and strengthen the CASS systems and controls, with particular regard to errors, breaches and accurate reconciliation.

You will need to liaise with key internal and external business partners in the areas of Risk, Compliance and Audit. Working with continuous improvement teams, you will look to Identify where you can leverage on technology to automate reconciliations, audit trails and other recurring tasks



  • Proven track record in CASS related operations.
  • Work both independently and with key stakeholders to ensure key targets are met
  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Demonstrating strong relationship skills for new, prospective and existing clients
  • Being a hands on manager to ensure CASS controls are robust and tested
  • Solid experience of managing to deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Willingness to obtain Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) qualification including CASS specific module


  • Providing CASS guidance and strong leadership to the Transfer Agency teams
  • Experience in using Axiom as a CASS Compliance tool
  • Investment Operations Certificate including Client Assets module
