The Payroll Assistant will be required to:
  • Deal with payrolls for a wide variety of clients including weekly, monthly, fortnightly, 4 weekly processing.
  • Provide supporting documents, reports and make salary payments.
  • Deal with Real Time Information and Auto Enrolment.
  • Answer client and HMRC queries.
  • Complete and submit tax year end documentation.
  • Ensure that client assignments are completed by the due date required.
  • Display excellent verbal communication and written communication skills.
  • Build client relationships by advising and supporting.
  • Work with an attention to detail, efficiently and accurately.
