My client is looking for a Store Manager to lead and oversee the development and growth of a retail store with their 02 Franchise group.

This includes developing and leading a team of enthusiastic, driven staff members and to build and protect the O2 brand within the local community. You must continually seek to exceed expectations on all Key Performance Indicators, in order to grow the
business whilst maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

? Provide regular and appropriate levels of motivation to a sales driven team in order to increase sales and deliver Key Performance Indicators
? Provide coaching support and guidance, in order for each staff member to maximise their sales
? Leadership and development of staff members to ensure each individual understands and achieves their full potential
? Deal with performance management issues in a timely manner, ensuring fairness is applied and
advice sought from relevant support departments
? Recruit and induct new staff members, ensuring they understand what is expected of them
? Ensuring excellent standards of audit compliance and visual excellence in line with internal and O2
