The Tech Support Team is responsible for handling customer requests over phone and e-mail regarding a broad variety of tasks such as service related issues, installation support and product changes. The main focus however will be on delivering technical support with the highest level of professionality. You will be joining a strong global team of 30 people in Customer Care. Our key focus is providing a seamless and customer focused experience through empowered employees able to solve any problem and relaying vital knowledge to our Engineering and Product Management teams. Another key area is collaborating and continuously improving processes and tools across a small and flexible yet global organization adapting our standards to our customer's needs. At Trackunit we believe in truly engaging with our customers who are world leading OEM's and rental companies primarily within construction machinery thus flexibility and drive is of the essence. We operate in small empowered teams and look for people who can prioritize, multi-task, and deliver - because it's a lot more fun to get things done!

  • Resourceful and service minded team player able to manage multiple activities in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Deep experience with handling customer requests and conducting 1st or 2nd level technical support.
  • Self-motivated and high-performance personality able to drive tasks and think outside the box to find solutions.
  • Analytical and curious personality with the need to always learn more and excel.
  • Experience from similar industries such as IT development, tele communications or electronics is a plus.
  • English: written and spoken fluently.
  • German, French or Spanish language capabilities a huge plus!
