My client is seeking accountants looking to take the next step in their career contributing to major property developments in and around London. The organisation has seen impressive growth over the last few years and has plans to continue. As a result, this is one of many roles that are being added to the team as the workload increases.

Some of the Development Accountant's key responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical accounting support to joint ventures, development subsidiaries, and various construction and development projects, and consolidating JV accounts into the group management accounts
  • Monitoring the progression of development schemes from appraisal to completion, assessing long term cash flows and informing business planning
  • Preparing budgets and forecasts, and look after sets of company accounts
  • Liaising with auditors and ensure accuracy in the financial data for long term, large scale projects.
