The Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Account Manager to join the team. A successful candidate will bring persuasion, great communication skills and leadership to draw people together to achieve a common goal. This Senior Account Manager will sit with the client team, which brings Account Management, Data, Strategy and Creative together to form an incredibly strong client offering. Team structure varies across client, but this role will have some line-manager responsibilities for Account Execs or Account Managers.

Key Attributes:


·Confidence in discussing and planning (with a strategist) content campaigns for high profile clients across all budget levels

·Managing and implementing campaigns (video or digital production) to ensure high quality relevant content is distributed to our targeted audience

·Knowledge and practical experience of working with key social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube etc.

·Strong skills in analysis and organisation, with experience of producing and communicating client reports - ability to interpret and communicate data and results

·Creative thinker with experience of generating new campaign ideas and messaging

·Familiarity with paid social media campaigns for clients


·Key client contact and day-to-day account activity

·High degree of professionalism and thorough understanding of client/agency relationships

·Responsibility for:

oProactively deliver counsel to clients

oPresent new ideas

oManage client expectations

oOffer additional services and increase SoW with client


·Communicates effectively at all levels, both up and down

·Able to work collaboratively across teams
