As market leaders, my client is offering the opportunity for a new account manager to develop their skills in relationship management with high profile clients from across the Banking & Finance, Utilities, IT and SHE industries to name a few.

About the Account Manager Role
As an Account Manager in a market leading insurance broker you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, utilising your networking skills to bring in relevant referrals via warm calls, emails, face-to-face meetings and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager Role
- Data/Salesforce analysis
o Fast-paced data maintenance and review of conversion rates to drive consistent improvements.
- Partner implementation
o Driving the implementation of new partners, including:
? Creating guidance sheets and perfect paragraphs.
? Setting up trackable URLs.
? Updating salesforce records.
- Partner review
o Maintaining the client relationship, ensuring data is up to date and literature is relevant.
- Creating incentives
o Liaising between departments, planning incentives that maximise the drive for extra referrals.
- General admin
o Managing returning policy documents with keen attention to detail.
o Managing call-backs and ensuring deadlines are met.

The Ideal Account Manger Candidate
If you have at least 6 months sales experience, B2B experience being ideal but not essential, then this could be the career for you.

As a successful Account Manager within such a dynamic insurance broker you will:
- Have at least 6 months B2B sales experience.
- Be sociable and attentive towards clients.
