In joining the
Corporate Functions team here in Group Enterprise, you will support our people
in strengthening our position as an admired company in the eyes of our
customers, shareholders and employees. The team is varied; you could be working
within Human Resources, Finance, Legal or External Affairs. What links us all

AS our Controls &
Compliance Analyst you will be charged with supporting the Vodafone Group
Enterprise Senior Financial Manager- Controls and Compliance in developing,
maintaining, and enhancing a culture of effective and efficient financial
internal control throughout the business.

Key Accountabilities:

Promote, maintain, and enhance
a culture of effective and efficient financial internal control throughout
the companyEnsure compliance with the
Company's control framework, including Risk Assessment Reviews, Control
Activities, and Monitoring actionsKeep abreast of updates to
accounting policies and Group PoliciesPrepare, update and enhance the
value of the Company's SOX and control documentation and testing with a
goal of increasing effectiveness and efficiencies within the processes and
controlsWorks with process owners and
department managers to develop, implement, monitor, and run the Group
Enterprise's compliance and internal control requirementsProvide training and guidance
to managers responsible for implementing and running key controlsEnsure that all Balance sheet
and P&L impacts via control weaknesses are investigated and resolved,
to ensure that accounting clarity is improved month on monthAudits on going processes to
assure continued complianceAssist in managing, resolving
and reporting audit exceptions. Follows up on the implementation of
management action plans to address any identified control gaps

Your Profile:


Experience in Audit ACCA/ACA/CIMA part of fully
qualifiedAble to influence people in the
wider organisationExperience in delivering
against timescalesAble to communicate at
different levels
