Job Role: Finance Team Administrator

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Salary: £9.23ph

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Finance department. You will be joining a vibrant successful business with exciting expansion plans.

What will the role involve?
  • Reporting in to the Finance manager
  • Responsible for all purchasing within the department
  • Posting payments to accounts
  • Producing invoices and statements
  • Resolving all invoice queries and disputes
  • Recording and reconciliation of transactions
  • Undertaking general clerical duties

Providing support to the credit control and payroll department
  • The ideal candidate needs:
  • Proven administration experience
  • Finance education or background desirable
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
