Job Title: Implementation Envoy / Implementor

Job Location: National

Salary: £22,000 pa plus £4,000 pa car allowance

Please note: This is a field based role and a degree of flexibility will be required to travel and stay away from home.

Our client are an International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organisation managing its customers' indirect material spend via an integrated e-procurement platform. Their client list includes multinational organisations such including high end automotive manufacturers to global pharmaceutical manufacturers to leading food manufacturers.

Their offering in the market is unique - this is why they continue to grow at a phenomenal rate. They have more than doubled in size over the last six years, growing their turnover from £84m to £300m.

In 2017 they acquired another business and recently moved into new premises to accommodate the growth. Headquartered in Warrington (Birchwood) but with over 350 stores across the UK, Europe and Singapore and recently expanded into Ireland, Germany, Sweden and Slovakia.

As a result of the growth, we are now looking an Implentation assistant to join the Implementation team, ideally with a background in setting up stores either in a manufacturing or retail environment.

Role Definition
  • To implement the client's systems and processes within new Client stores environments and to assist with the constant improvements of service delivery to Client's customers

Job Description
  • Implementing client processes within new client engineering stores environments
  • Liaising with client engineering teams to demonstrate the client systems and processes in order to support and ensure the customers' needs are met
  • Verification of client stock data for both client and customer systems
  • Cataloguing engineering parts within the store room.
  • Organisation of stores to support the efficient day to day processes of both client and client's store personnel
  • Providing productive feedback on systems and processes to facilitate the constant improvements of service delivery to our clients

Competencies Required
