Role: Finance Administrator
Location: Newark, NG24
Work pattern: Full time - 37 hours, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
Start date: ASAP

I'm recruiting for a Finance Administrator to work for a housing association on an ongoing contract. You will have previous experience work within administration and completing basic finance tasks including taking payments and completing invoices.

Key Responsibilities
*You will undertake thorough financial assessments of applications in line with policies and guidance.
*Assist in the administration process of successful applications to ensure prompt and accurate payments are made.
*To ensure that applicants records are maintained in an effective manner.
*To provide advice and information regarding the application process.
*To liaise with professionals from external agencies to gather information and convey decisions.

Essential Experience:

*To have previous experience in finance and/or administration.
*Experience in dealing with members of the public.
*Qualification in Administration or finance.
*IT efficient including Microsoft Excel
