Marketing Administrator needed for an asap start to support a busy marketing team in a varied and busy temporary role. Full time for approximately 4 months and based in Bromborough, this role will give you the chance to put your admin skills to use and also flex your creative muscles.

In the Marketing Administrator job you will be:
  • managing the Marketing Manager's diary
  • making travel arrangements for the senior management team
  • maintaining stocks of marketing literature
  • liaising with printers, charities and their website agency
  • creating and amending company branded stationary including business cards
  • assisting with event organising for both internal and external attendance at awards and charity/fundraising events
  • creating POs for all orders
  • designing fliers and other marketing literature
  • assisting the sales team with Powerpoint presentations
  • creating new email templates for the organisation
  • drafting web content and press releases
  • assisting in social media activity
  • logging press coverage

To secure the Marketing Administrator job you will need:
  • to be a self starter with bags of initiative and creativity
  • excellent administrative skills, senior level
  • experience with diary management and travel arrangements
  • a creative flair for copywriting and online marketing
  • strong IT skills including the full Microsoft office such as Excel and Powerpoint
  • strong communication skillsa high level of attention to detail
  • a UK driving licence and own transport with business use insurance

This is a temporary full-time assignment working Monday - Friday days and expected to last approximately 4 months. An hourly rate of £10.50/hr is on offer along with paid holiday.
