This will be an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join the business as they grow year on year, working alongside a busy and friendly finance team. Reporting into the Group Financial Accountant, the successful candidate will be a good all-rounder with experience of working in a fast-paced finance environment.

The Role:
  • Processing invoices and accurately matching these to purchase orders
  • Allocating creditors payments
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Assisting with invoice queries and liaising with inter-company sites and suppliers to resolve
  • Daily bank run
  • General administration duties to include answering the office phones, filing etc
  • Stationary and sundry purchasing for group companies
  • Preparing and processing creditor BACS and cheque payments
  • End of day sales processing
  • Statement processing
  • Petty cash reconciliations

The Person:
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience gained within a busy finance environment
  • Strong IT knowledge - preferably Sage and Excel
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Impeccable attention to detail and time management skills
