Accounts Administrator / Finance Administrator


Permanent - Potters Bar

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator/Finance Administrator to join our client, an exciting care business in the start up stages based in Potters Bar.

Key responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator/Finance Administrator job will include:
  • Liaising with and providing administrative support to the franchise owner and registered manager
  • General administrative tasks such as correspondence via post, e-mail, and fax and general maintenance of the office environment
  • Assisting with the updating of records of client
  • Processing and recording payments
  • Administer invoices and expenses claims received
  • Working with the operations manager to prepare HR records, create job advertisements, contracts, and filing for HR
  • Collating client satisfaction data and quality assurance programmes
  • Dealing with enquiries from new and existing customers
  • Providing first class customer service at all times when representing right at homes and care givers

The ideal Accounts Administrator/Finance Administrator will possess the following attributes/skills:
  • Excellent level of IT literacy with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • General office administrative duties
  • Working knowledge of payroll and invoice processes
