Senior Integration Analyst | Watford | 1 Year FTC

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Integration Analyst to join one of our clients for a 1 year fixed term contract.

In this role you will apply specialist and authoritative skills and expertise to integrate organisational wide corporate systems (i.e. through design, test, code and implementation) to the appropriate technical, quality and process standards applying established project management methodology.

During this role you will:
  • Provide technical leadership within the specialist area of expertise for IT development projects, designing and guiding the implementation of their requirements and ensuring an efficient and supportable implementation, including preparation of documentation and training for other staff.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with senior stakeholders to understand and define business requirements to enable the efficient, effective and innovative use of IT within their functions
  • Develop, monitor and regularly test, service and disaster recovery procedures for key integration systems and components, including backup and system recovery and responding immediately or referring to senior management risks identified.
  • Manage capacity and availability within specialist areas of systems and infrastructure and taking corrective action when service levels are threatened or breached and to design and develop solutions to maintain the capability, availability, security and supportability of our systems.
  • Plan, manage, test and release and implement significant changes to our systems, infrastructure or service provision, ensuring that effective change control is maintained, and records and documentation produced.
  • Implement and monitor the security of the ICT infrastructure (also undertake security and reviews and risk assessments), and user activity and responding immediately to threats and breaches.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, coaching and direction to less experienced and junior colleagues and providing the full range of management skills and to also use this experience to work with suppliers to ensure the effective delivery of their services, and assisting in managing the relationship with them.
  • By continuing professional development through research and keeping abreast of latest developments and relevant legislation, which can be utilised to provide advice and guidance to maximise the use of IS systems and processes and to continuously improve the service provided.
  • Operate as the technical lead in the delivery of business change projects using the appropriate methodologies for the specialist area of expertise and to contribute to continuous-improvement programs for the department in partnership with the Director of Technology.
  • Lead on the development of Master Data Management and Data Architecture
