Harvey Nash's Stirling based client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst on an initial 6 month contract. You will have broad business analyst experience spanning the business and system domains, ideally within waste operations, logistics, retail or drinks production sectors.

We require an individual with experience in the start-up phases of major change initiatives/new businesses/enterprises and contribution across a wide range of business, administrative and technical areas to ensure implementation of a fully functioning operation.

You must have the ability to work independently, to identify gaps and commission work to address, and to bring commercial insight to the overall business design.

Essential Skills required include (but should not be limited to) -
  • development of target operating models/blueprints, business requirements and functional specifications
  • organisation design
  • data modelling and analysis
  • KPI report specification, design and implementation
  • facilitating workshops with a broad range of types of participants
  • delivery of projects developed using the Digital First standard (or other related Agile standards)
  • specification or implementation of medium sized ERP systems
  • business and investment case development
  • project management
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, and significant expertise in the use of the Microsoft Office software suite are also required.
