Sue Ryder is seeking a Reward Specialist to lead on the review of our Retail shops pay structure. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience of reward and benefits work preferably with experience in the retail sector.

Your remit will include:

• Reviewing the current Retail Pay Structure and developing options for change, ensuring Sue Ryder is competitive and can provide pay progression
• Pay modelling options that are both affordable and robust
• Working closely with the wider HR Team and key stakeholders across Sue Ryder to explore the issues in implementing the new pay structure.
• Developing retail pay procedures that ensure there is consistency and transparency across retail and in line with overall reward policy
• Using and building your external networks in the Charity sector and wider retail sector.
• Reviewing any current pay policies and practices in retail

It's an exciting time to join Sue Ryder and to hit the ground running. You should have strong project management skills and the ability to analyse complex data to extract information with attention to detail. You will be a good relationship builder and be able to adapt to different audiences and influence where appropriate.
