We have an opportunity for an Dispute Resolution Advisor to join our team based in Liverpool. The role is offered on a full time basis as part of a fixed term contract up till 30.11.19 and in return you will receive a highly competitive salary + benefits.

As Dispute Resolution Advisor you will be experienced in areas from processes to applications, with a demonstrated history of fast processing speeds, attention to detail and negotiation skills. You will be determined in proactively contributing to the improvement of disputes, significantly reducing both the current volumes and values held in disputes with a key focus on CMA CGM UK's business strategy.

Responsibilities as our Dispute Resolution Advisor will include:

- Work towards resolving all new disputes within 5 working days of receipt

- Contribute to the reduction of the existing backlog of Invoice Disputes

- Personally resolve an average of 20+ Disputes per Day

- Negotiate settlement of aging disputes with customers and management

- Maintain ownership of disputes - limit the number of RFIs to other departments, whilst ensuring accountability where it is needed.

- Highlighting regular issues and suggesting potential solutions

- Ensuring SOPs are maintained & working procedures well documented

Our Dispute Resolution Advisor you will need the following Skills and Experience:

- Experience within a customer facing role, commercial or invoicing environments

- Fast & accurate with regards to data entry

- Process Oriented/Analytical

- Tenacious, completer-finisher

- Negotiation skills

- Shipping / Freight Forwarding experience desired

- Professional confident telephone manner

- Ability to remain calm under pressure

- Establish & maintain good relationship with customers and colleagues

- Attention to detail

- Exceptional communication skills

- Team player

- Flexible to work out-of-hours when necessary/required

As our Dispute Resolution Advisor you will be required to work 35 hours per week and in addition to your competitive salary you will receive, 25 days annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays, Company Health, Life Assurance, Group pension, non-guaranteed bonus scheme
