Finance Administrator - Filton, Bristol - Vibrant office - Not-for-profit organisation

Red are currently recruiting for one of our most trusted clients, a well-respected not-for-profit company in Filton, Bristol, for a Finance Administrator to join their fantastic team on a temporary basis until the end of the year. The successful candidate will support the existing billing team with the completing of clerical duties.

Finance Administrator main duties will include (But are not limited to);
  • Creating, posting and emailing processed invoices
  • Providing administrative support to the wider billing team
  • Inputting and cleansing and data when necessary
  • Working on Microsoft excel and showcasing strong attention to detail
  • Working closely with the Billing Supervisor
  • Assisting in the transition to a new system
  • Ensuring all credits notes are raised in accordance with information supplied from account managers/officers
  • Work with all services and appropriate department managers to ensure that maximum income levels are attained

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a similar office environment. It is not a necessary requirement to have previous finance experience as long as you are keen to learn but with that being said, those with previous finance experience are urged to apply.
