This is a broad based, interesting and developing role, which is part of a small accounts and administration team at this rapidly growing IT company, to assist with purchase ledger duties of the business and the production of the monthly management accounts.

As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will be filing, daily processing of purchase invoices and staff expenses, reconciling supplier and credit care statements.

As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will also be preparing and sending invoices using Sage 50 Accounts on a regular basis.

Applicants must have a full, current driving licence and previous and recent accounts experience, an AAT qualification or experience of using Sage.

Hours of work will be 08:50 - 17:40 Monday to Friday
