Are you looking to pursue a career within accounting?

Due to growth of the business, we are recruiting for a business in Wells who need an Accounts Assistant in Wells. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Duties include:

·Reconciliation and settlement of insurer statements on a monthly basis

·Daily bank reconciliations including posting client receipts

·Processing client refunds

·Liaising with insurance companies regarding outstanding queries

·Responding to/helping other members of the company with account queries

·Administrative tasks

Required skills:

·Desire to pursue a career within accounting

·Good Excel and IT skills

·An aptitude for numbers and problem solving

·Excellent organisational skills

Beneficial:

·Recently or part qualified at AAT level

·Started or enrolled to start an accountancy qualification

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 09.00-17.30.
