Service Desk analyst required by an established and reputable IT support company, providing technical support to their clients and users from their office based in Reading.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll work as part of a team responsible for providing support service to our clients end users. You will need to have a working knowledge of IT issues relating to Windows OS, Office365, Azure, AWS, MS Office, Email/User Accounts, mobile devices, laptops, PCs, iOS and more.
You will need to be an efficient problem solver, with a high level of patience and understanding when it comes to dealing with non-IT based personnel.

Candidates must be a able to provide references and be available for a telephone interview or attend a face to face interview if requested. In return, you will get to work with a wide range of technologies alongside a friendly and dedicated team, in a great environment.

Responsibilities include:
*General Service desk receiving and resolving support calls & emails
*Troubleshooting problems remotely and escalating as required
*Providing solutions in a professional and patient manor
*Keeping users informed when an issue has been raised.

Relevant systems knowledge required:
*Microsoft & Apple Operating Systems
*MS Office & Office365
*Desktop PC/mobile
*Android and iPhone devices

Day Rate: £130 - £140 per day
