I am currently working with an excellent client based in the team valley who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their business on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

Working Monday to Friday 08:30am - 05:00pm my client is based in the Team Valley and offers free parking.

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

- Inputting and processing purchase invoices

- Coding and validating invoices to delivery notes and agreed pricing

- Supplier statement reconciliations.

- Dealing with supplier queries and raising credits where required

- Purchasing and ordering, keeping purchase order log

- Budget Management and Analysis

- Tender Support to Commercial Director

- Prepare Weekly KPI Analysis

- Payroll Cover

- Manage Accounts Emails Mailbox

- Office Administrative Duties

To be considered for this role you have;

- Significant experience in a similar role

- Be AAT qualified or qualified by experience

- Excellent excel Skills

- Experience of using Sage Line 50.

- Strong organisation skills

- Great attention to detail
