Do you have previous email campaign and programme production experience, along with practice knowledge of HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite and GDPR? We are looking for an experienced Email Campaign Manager to be based at our Milton Keynes site. The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to own this busy area in a business-to-business marketing team and lively office environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Implementation, optimisation and management of email programmes through acquisition, development and retention lifecycles including planning, testing, evaluation and reporting Management of email campaign/programme schedule
  • Implementation of marketing automation tactics to improve engagement management of the Email Executives responsible for the production of all email marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain the relationship with the chosen email service provider/agencies globally to put together digital communications plans, contact strategies and agree campaign priorities for each sales period.
  • Production of last minute tactical activity as required from weekly marketing meetings. Champion for our email communications ensuring consistent customer journeys, creative and copy that aligns with our brand values.
  • Responsible for the effective implementation and delivery of customer and acquisition programmes including writing creative briefs, data briefs, managing production and fulfilment.
  • Working with other marketing executives in the team including design and content to ensure that campaigns are consistent both in targeting and creative.
  • Working with the email service provider Responsys and reporting back to the Digital Marketing Manager to develop strategic communication
  • Work with our external agencies to produce marketing activity.
  • Responsible for 'quality control' of all aspects of creative development
  • Develop a scientific test-learn-refine approach to continually implement improvements and ongoing optimization by assisting in the development and execution of test plans.
  • To work on the above within the given cost and revenue budgets and deliver the required return on investment and communicate results to the wider team.
  • Write marketing information briefs to effectively communicate campaigns and activity internally.
  • Key Result Areas Campaigns delivered on time and to budget KPI's achieved in terms of ROI (and other metrics as agreed with Digital Marketing Manager)
  • Delivery of targeted email programmes at different stages in our customer journeys.
  • Effective budget management. 100% quality control for all pieces and all campaigns adhere to Brand Guidelines
